Terms, Shipping, & Returns
We offer LTL shipments through various carriers depending on the size of your order and where your order is shipping. Since we do have access to a variety of carriers, we ask that you call or e-mail us with your product requests so that we can gather rate quotes for you to try to keep your shipping cost as low as possible.
Smaller orders not requiring LTL shipping will be shipped via UPS as customer requests at checkout.
Products will be shipped the next business day.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You need to call us at 1.800.352.0028 or 479.443.9292 to begin the return process.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
